"Good Horses come from Good Hands"
~ Bill Oliver
If you are looking for a good horse, or you want to become a good horseman (or horsewoman), you have come to the right place.
Bill and Jody Oliver are dedicated to making good horses and helping people improve their horsemanship skills. They are offering several clinics in 2020 for colt starting and horsemanship skills. Ask us about how you can host a clinic in your hometown too!
Don't miss out on your chance to own a solid foundation horse, or learn from one of the best.
Our Program - What Sets Us Apart
We hand pick our young horse prospects from some of the top breeders, ranches, and sales in the Rocky Mountain Region. We look for gentle dispositions, color, confirmation and AQHA pedigrees that have proven themselves in their discipline. Horses that will hold up and stay sound throughout their careers.
We use age appropriate, natural horsemanship training techniques focused on developing "Solid Foundations". Young or old, all of the horses in our program receive the same foundational training designed to create a partner that is safe, confident, respectful and responsive. We invite you to share our nearly 40 years of experience honing our skills and making a living on the back of a horse with you through our clinic offerings and our horses for sale.
Are you looking for a rock-solid, gentle working horse? A Very Broke Arena Prospect?
It's our goal to offer safe horses with gentle dispositions, correct conformation & soundness. They are hand picked to have good color, shape, eye appeal, and distinguished bloodlines. Age, size, exposure & thorough training are things we consider before we will offer horses to clients.

"It was a big scary step buying a horse without actually laying eyes and hands on it. I have to commend Bill Oliver for his honesty in representing the horse it is everything he told me it was. He was very forthcoming with each and every detail down to the blemish on its front leg . He is a genuine horseman when it comes to turning out quality individuals; if all your consignors have his skill and integrity you have by far the best sale in the west . I am so enjoying my new mount whether riding or just working around it . It is the sweetest natured animal I have ever owned. "
